All our bicycles are assembled prior to dispatch to ensure the bike is in perfect working order, we set the gears, brakes and all the main components, we then remove the handlebars and pedals to get the bike safely back into the box. We do this so that the bike arrives safe and sound with no damage. The spanner and Allen key set are included to place the handlebars and pedals back on. This process takes around 5 minutes and we provide and easy to follow instruction leaflet and with a superb customer service with a super fast response time if you need assistance.
